Diving through a coral canyon in Grand Cayman

DeCasperis Family Scuba Diving in Grand Cayman, April 2009

It was difficult to pin point the location of this dive, so I’m going to guess somewhere on the north west side? Its a short dive clip, but the video is crisp and clear and gives a good representation of what to expect if diving in this area.

Grand Cayman is an island that is part of the Cayman Islands. it really is the biggest of the 3 Cayman Islands, becoming about 76 square miles in area, and contains the capital George Town. Grand Cayman is about 75 miles southwest of Small Cayman and 90 miles southwest of Cayman Brac. The area is known for stingray city and some of the best diving in the caribbean because of it’s shear drop offs that surround Grand Cayman island.

Video Rating: four / 5
